Whoever said that eating regular meals makes you a less hungry person and helps you lose weight was totally wrong, because I had two meals today (which is relatively regular I'd say) and right now I'm starving. I'm trying very hard not to binge on the entire canister of butter and cheese popcorn (omgosh doesn't that sound so tempting? I LOVE cheese popcorn!!!) that's tantalizingly right beside me now because it'll all go to my tummy and not my boobs. Not that I'm one to actually bother about that but for some strange reason just for now I do.
I went to Tanglin Mall with my mom today to take pictures of the Olde Worlde Christmas thingy they have put up there and it was actually pretty spectacular, with the life-sized horses (I LOVE horses!!!) and the grumpy-looking cow (moo moo!) and the soap suds puffing out and made to look like snow - I actually found it quite romanticish (sorry but I'm a sucker for stuff like that). The only part that pissed me off was how my mom kept asking me to take photographs of the place. I am SO not a mass-production-of-photographs kind of person, 'cause it annoys me to take 'imperfect' photographs just walking around the display and having a stranger occasionally butt into your photograph (it's the ocd).
Went into Tanglin Mall ('cause that's the reason why they put up such an expensive Christmas display isn't it? It would be so sad if still no one went in and upped their sales!) and into this shop selling kids' toys and old fashioned things. I loved the musical boxes that you had to wind up by yourself. When I grow up I'm going to have all these lovely romantic little knick knacks all over the place.
I have an extremely short attention span so I can't exactly sit blogging for more than five minutes so I'm just going to cut short the rest of the post. Went to Indochine with my mom where Cats in e cradle was having a gig and got a tequila sunrise etc. Couldn't exactly get the nicer (imo) ones 'cause my mom was right beside me and you don't ask the waiter for a slow comfortable screw against the wall like that. Sat there all night 'cause the band was playing all my favourite songs. Got home at about 1am to find that there's a sign outside my estate saying
STATE LAND. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

If you could look past everything and how I haven't been there, I'm here.
